Principal's Address

Summer, 2019

Dear Students and Families of our Schuylkill Elementary School Community,

What a quiet time of year to consider the great accomplishments of the past school year and plan for endless possibilities of the new school year!  It will be good to open the 2019-20 school year as your principal.  I have been hard at work studying the names and faces in the yearbook.  While I remember many third, fourth, and fifth graders from my time here as an Assistant Principal, I still have work to do!

While you anxiously await your class assignments and transportation cards, you should be enjoying the lazy days of summer.  What’s that you say?  You are not sleeping late in the morning?  You are not riding bikes, playing baseball, swimming, or going on vacation?  Oh, did you ask me for something to do so that the “summer slide” does not hit your house?  Check out these sites on the PASD home page for ways that you can keep up your math and literacy skills in a fun way.

Stay tuned for more information regarding the start of school.  Until then, stay cool, stay safe, and take care!

Very busy in an empty school,

Dr. Renzulli
